  • A balanced personality. Previously, my overactive temperament manifested in an overbearing and intolerant way. 

  • Satisfaction does not come from extremes. This satisfaction comes from the Spirit. Material satisfaction or fulfillment of competitive desires is not the essence.

  • Stress is not a problem. Stress is really something we create within our selves. With expanded self awareness, and knowledge of the vibrations we can stay in balance.

Shri Mataji has said that we can call Sahaja Yoga the "joy giving club" and really it is. The joy is real and not a transient feeling.
